Understanding emotions in a validated world
VIBE — Validation Insight & Balanced Emotion — was built to help people notice how online approval shapes their self-worth, and to respond to cyberbullying with clarity instead of fear.
Why VIBE exists
Social platforms reward constant posting and checking, and cyberbullying has become one of the most common — and least visible — sources of harm for people who spend their lives online. Most of us have felt a mood shift after a post got fewer likes than expected, or have seen someone excluded and mocked in a group chat without knowing what to do about it.
VIBE was created to give that experience a name, a framework, and practical tools — instead of leaving people to figure it out alone.
Purpose
To help people recognize the validation loop in their own digital habits, and to build the confidence and know-how to prevent, recognize, and respond to cyberbullying — whether it happens to them or to someone they know.

Our Vision
A digital generation that feels grounded in who they are — not in how many people reacted to their last post — and that knows how to stand up against cyberbullying, together.
Our Mission
- Make the validation loop easy to understand and self-assess.
- Teach practical, judgment-free responses to cyberbullying.
- Provide a safe space to reflect on mood and online habits.
